UniversalCMG World Entertainment 1954 is an American record label founded in 1991 by Edward “Caprice” Straiter and was re-branded in 2001 acknowledging a historic distribution outlet acquired from 1954. That was the past, now lets move forward into the future. UWE is focused predominantly on Hip Hop, Pop, Dance, EDM, R&B, Country, Jazz, Country and Neo Soul Music. The label has developed, managed, and distributed thousands of various artists, entertainment companies, and record labels worldwide. We have now Evolved into NIL Branding, Marketing, Distribution, and Touring for ALL ENTERTAINERS. Our tagline is “We Make Future Stars Shine!”. We have a solid team of professionals with decades of proven track records. We are not signing ARTISTS, we are investing into ENTERTAINERS.

 Music Theory

Music provides pleasure to the listener and helps manage negative emotions such as stress and anxiety by providing an escape. Listeners can feel better if a song describes emotions similar to what they are feeling. Music can stimulate positive emotions by entertaining the listener, and it can be a personal and a social experience. When used in a group setting, music can give people something to discuss or bring them together through dancing. Certain songs, such as national anthems or school songs, can unite a group of people. We bring the theory of music and the philosophy of humanity together to grantee the quality of life. We are changing peoples lives through music.
